We provide civil and coastal engineering, plus the wetland delineations, Corps permits and mitigation that get projects built. Our clients include landowners, developers, businesses and other design firms, along with cities, counties, ports and state and federal agencies. Field data, permit files and design drawings are produced in-house, so the wetland line on the survey matches the one in the permit application.

Most of our civil work is for public owners.
We also provide planning, water resources modeling (for example, hydrodynamic and water quality models of the Back Bay of Biloxi for MDEQ), and a limited number of Phase I/II environmental site assessments and remediation projects.
We have three Gulf Coast offices and keep the same hours at each: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Little Biloxi River Mitigation Bank, Mississippi. A 166-acre Mobile District bank with pine savanna, stream and bottomland hardwood credits. Our work included wetland delineation, T&E study, stream assessments and ecological function assessments.
CN rail corridor, Mobile to Jackson. A roughly 200-mile linear project delineation across the Mobile and Vicksburg Districts, with endangered species surveys, stream characterization, an environmental assessment and permitting.
Louisiana mitigation banks. We did delineation, species surveys and ecological assessments for the Lea Farm (400+ acres) and Mei Gum (300+ acres) banks, and a 505-acre delineation at the Bedico Creek site. See Louisiana work.
Perch Creek Parks, City of Mobile. Concept design and master planning to redo three waterfront parks, including conceptual engineering design, coastal flooding analysis and wetland mapping.
Shepard State Park marshwalk pier, Gautier. Pier alternatives over marsh and Lamotte Bayou, laid out to avoid SAV and keep the bayou open to kayaks.
East Pier Roadway, Port of Gulfport. We realigned the road for container truck traffic and added a stormwater park and rain gardens on a former brownfield.
Do I need a wetland delineation before I buy or build?
If the site has any chance of wetlands or streams and you plan to fill, grade or clear, yes. Order it before closing or site design. The delineation sets the boundary that the Corps, and in the coastal counties the state, will use to review any permit.
Which Corps district will review my project?
It depends on the watershed, not the county line. Coastal Mississippi and most of Alabama are in the Mobile District. Much of central and western Mississippi is in the Vicksburg District, and south Louisiana is in the New Orleans District. We confirm the district in the desktop review before fieldwork.
What should I send for a proposal?
A parcel ID or boundary file (KML or shapefile), approximate acreage, what you plan to build, and any deadline such as a closing date. Site photos help.

Yes. We are licensed in Louisiana and serve Louisiana projects from Biloxi.
